Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a customer service oriented professional to be the first contact for customers in Kuala Lumpur. You will listen, understand needs, and help solve problems while delivering friendly, helpful service.

Fresh graduates are welcome. You will work in Kuchai Lama with rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, and may receive shift and language allowances plus OT pay. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation with solid technical support capabilities.
• Skilled in diagnosing customer needs and resolving technical challenges effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
