Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking individuals for customer service and sales roles to support a diverse customer base in Malaysia. Candidates should be fluent in English and Malay, with Mandarin as an added advantage for Mandarin-speaking customers.

Requirements include a minimum of 1 year in sales or customer service, familiarity with IT industries, and the ability to start immediately or on short notice. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential; a Diploma or SPM qualification is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customers' calls, live chats, or emails.
• Handle enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business.
• Document interactions accurately and collect feedback from customers.
• Ensure excellent service delivery to customers.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
