Landseair Logistics Services Sdn Bhd in Johor, Iskandar Puteri, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipment processes, update the system with order details, and coordinate across stations.

You will handle customer enquiries, promote services, prepare quotations, and liaise with shipping agents. Diploma or degree in logistics and at least 2 years of shipment coordination are required.

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in shipment coordination.
• Basic knowledge of organizing work plans and common software tools.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain shipment standard process SOP & KPI and complete job files.
• Data entry of shipment details into systems (sales order, liner online, customs online).
• Coordinate shipment stations (PTP, PGP, SIA, SG).
• Handle customer enquiries, promote services, prepare quotations, and coordinate with shipping agents.

Shipment detail data entry to system (sales order, liner online, customs online).

Shipment station (PTP, PGP, SIA, SG).

Focus more on customer enquiry coordination, promote services, quotation, shipping agent coordination.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

At Least 2 years of experience in shipment coordination.

Basic knowledge of organizing work plans, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, English typing and speaking.

Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.

Candidate who stays nearby will be an added advantage.

Working hours:

Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00, Sat 09:00-12:30 (better performance staff only 5 or 4 days)
