Job summary

At least 2 years of experience in shipment coordination.
Basic knowledge of organizing work plans and common software tools.

Responsibilities

Maintain shipment standard process SOP & KPI and complete job files.
Data entry of shipment details into systems (sales order, liner online, customs online).
Coordinate shipment stations (PTP, PGP, SIA, SG).
Handle customer enquiries, promote services, prepare quotations, and coordinate with shipping agents.
