A property development company in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Officer to manage customer complaints and facilitate key collection. Responsibilities include preparing handovers after project completion and conducting inspections with clients. Ideal candidates will possess a diploma in a relevant field and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Transport is required, and weekend availability is a must.
To attend, handle and manager customer complaints, feedback, requests and problems.
Prepare and implement the handover of vacant possession to customer when the project is completed.
Joint inspection with customer during key collection and upon the completion of defect rectification work.
Maintain company's image and interest by providing excellence customer services.
Maintain the confidentiality of the customers and company's information.
Participate in quality audit tasks where appropriate.
To implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the Customer Service Department.
Based in Dengkil / Cyberjaya / - Must have own transport
Able to work on weekend when required.
Certificate / Post Graduate Diploma / Diploma in Real Estate, Civil or Building Structure, Property Management or related field.
Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia (oral & written) and interpersonal skills.
Can display excellent customer focused and emphatic behavior which delivers and excellent experience for customers.
