Job summary

Sealed Air in Penang's Prai plant is seeking a Customer Service Partner. You will be the frontline contact for key customers, handling orders, order status, and shipping documents to ensure smooth delivery.

You will liaise with production planners, coordinate logistics, and prepare regular sales reports. The role requires at least a diploma and 1–2 years in customer service, with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in a related field.
• 1–2 years experience in customer service/marketing/sales/administration.
• Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact with assigned key customers.
• Process customer purchase orders and prepare shipping documents.
• Coordinate with production planner on order acknowledgement, production schedule and changes.
• Ensure timely processing of orders, shipments, and billing.
• Coordinate with Logistics on shipment and delivery to customers.
• Coordinate on customer goods returns and processing of DO, credit & debit notes.
• Manage customer stock levels and forecast loading.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superior.
