Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1+ year in customer service or sales admin, strong communication, and a proactive mindset. 5.5-day work week and travel may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer requests and order processing across channels (phone, email, portal).
• Coordinate with logistics and asset management to ensure timely fulfillment, delivery confirmation, and accurate billing.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly.
• Support process improvement initiatives by reviewing KPIs and implementing actions.
• Assist with ISO-aligned administrative tasks and monthly stock takes.
