Job summary

Pacific Rubber and Packing Sdn Bhd in Penang/Batu Kawan is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to support day-to-day customer service and order management. You will act as a communication hub between customers, internal departments and overseas teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

The role involves order processing, ERP updates, documentation and coordinating with Operations, Warehouse, Quality and Finance to ensure smooth order flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, trading, logistics or B2B customer service is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up independently.
• Responsible, organized and customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer purchase orders and enquiries.
• Review customer orders for part numbers, quantities, delivery requirements and other relevant information.
• Enter and maintain customer orders accurately in the ERP system.
• Monitor order status and provide customers with timely updates.
• Coordinate with Operations and Warehouse regarding order fulfilment and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on outstanding orders and delivery requirements.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Quality and Finance to ensure orders are processed smoothly.
• Communicate changes in customer requirements to the relevant departments.
