Job summary

Ban Lee Heng Motor (Nilai) Sdn. Bhd. invites applications for a Customer Relations Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist at reception, and support insurance-related processes for vehicles in inventory.

You will follow up with customers, coordinate with sales and finance, and ensure timely documentation including renewals and road tax submissions. Prior experience in automotive after-sales support is an advantage; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer relations or call center is a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive insurance processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Inbound/outbound call handling and data hunting.
• Post service follow-up calls.
• Follow up with No-Show appointment customers.
• Attend to all customer feedback (enquiries, feedback, suggestions).
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve complaints.
• Answer Company phone and assist customers at reception.
• Perform adhoc tasks assigned by superiors.
• Administer and process insurance documentation for vehicles in inventory.
• Generate renewal notices, MYEG road tax renewals, and submissions.
• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Handle SAP to generate customer data and invoices.
• Align insurance processes with sales and finance.

To set appointment booking (inbound/outbound call and hunting data)

To perform Post Service Follow Up Call

To call No-Show Appointment Customer

To attend to all customer feedback (Enquiries, Feedback, Suggestions)

To coordinate with other departments to solve customer's complaint

To attend Company phone

To assist customer at reception

To perform adhoc tasks assigned by superiors

Administer insurance policies for vehicles in inventory.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance documentation.

Assist customers in understanding their insurance options and coverage.

Follow up with customers.

Generate reports for renewal notices, MYEG (Road tax renewal), and submissions.

Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp

Handling SAP system for generate customer DATA and invoice etc.

Responsibilities for monthly target achievement

Stay updated on insurance regulations and compliance requirements.

Work closely with sales and finance department to integrate insurance-related processes seamlessly
