Sime Darby Auto Connexion Sdn Bhd in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a sales-focused professional in the motor industry. You will find new customers through marketing, referrals, and contacts, drive sales activities to meet targets, and prepare sales plans with management.

Responsibilities include managing leads, keeping records updated, reporting progress daily, building strong customer relationships, following up after sales, and ensuring vehicles are ready for delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in the motor industry preferred OR Sales background from any industry accepted; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Automotive sales strongly preferred; experience with high net-worth clients considered.
• Results-driven, proactive, punctual, and aggressive in achieving targets.
• Pleasant personality, resourceful, independent, and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; charismatic and inquisitive.
• Extensive client network and good vehicle product knowledge are advantages.
• Must have own transport and valid driving license.
