Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking and finance/master data specialist for global vendor master data management in Kuala Lumpur. You will ensure data accuracy, governance and ongoing improvements across the vendor landscape.

The role requires 2-4 years in finance with master data exposure, experience in a large multinational, and strong collaboration skills to drive performance and change across functions. Baxter offers a global platform and diverse development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for the global vendor master data environment, and activities associated with Vendor Master creation, changes and deactivations are performed according to Baxter’s established standards
• Support implementation of Baxter’s global vendor master data strategy, standards, and improvement plans
• Identify and present solutions for continuous process improvement

Job Requirements

• 2-4 years Finance experience, with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience across Global / Regional master data management
• Management experience in a large multinational organization
• Experience with JDE ERP platform preferred
• Internal controls experience
• Experience in best practice master data processes and demonstrated experience managing performance through service level agreements and KPIs
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive execution at all levels of the organization on a global basis
• Demonstrated ability to act as a change agent
• Knowledge of, and experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining processes and their supporting policies and procedures organization wide
