Job summary

Baxter Healthcare (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a finance-focused professional to manage the global vendor master data environment. You will ensure data integrity across the vendor lifecycle and support the regional/global strategy with KPI-driven improvements.

The role requires experience in a multinational setting, JDE ERP familiarity, and strong collaboration across functions. An emphasis on internal controls and SLA compliance is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years Finance experience including global/regional master data work.
• Experience with large multinational environments.
• Experience with master data processes and KPI tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the global vendor master data environment, and activities associated with Vendor Master creation, changes and deactivations are performed according to Baxter’s established standards
• Support implementation of Baxter’s global vendor master data strategy, standards, and improvement plans
• Identify and present solutions for continuous process improvement

Job Requirements:

• 2-4 years Finance experience, with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience across Global / Regional master data management
• Management experience in a large multinational organization
• Experience with JDE ERP platform preferred
• Internal controls experience
• Experience in best practice master data processes and demonstrated experience managing performance through service level agreements and KPIs
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive execution at all levels of the organization on a global basis
• Demonstrated ability to act as a change agent
• Knowledge of, and experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining processes and their supporting policies and procedures organization wide
