Job summary

PEM Fasteners in Malaysia (Seremban area) is seeking a student intern to assist in order processing and customer coordination. You will learn how to generate sales orders, acknowledge PO dates, and support billing activities while liaising with planners and customers.

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a diploma or degree, with strong communication and a positive learning mindset, ready to contribute to ISO 14001 compliance and waste management tasks.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business Administration, Public Relations or any related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Receive PO from customer and generate sales order in JDE.
• PO acknowledgement with promised date from Planner.
• Communicate with customer on the promise date and liaise with customer/planner on the expediting case.
• Check the balance stock and generate shipping notice to warehouse.
• Learn on how to apply COO (certificate of origin).
• Generate billing.
• Good understanding on ISO 14001 requirements.
• Good understanding in identifying hazardous waste and make proper disposal arrangement to the scheduled waste storage.
• To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
