Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a candidate to support order processing, reporting, and coordination with group companies to ensure timely deliveries and accurate forecasts. The role involves communicating product details and prices to customers, while liaising with Quality to resolve issues and maintaining inventory levels to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Post-Graduate Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English; communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Order processing, monitors progress, confers with production control personnel to ensure timely delivery in accordance with customer's requirements.
• Prepare monthly reports to Inter Companies such as sales vs budget report.
• Liaison with group companies on all matters related to supply chain.
• Prepare sales forecast and estimates.
• Provide information regarding specifications of goods, product prices, and updates to customers.
• Liaise with Quality Department to ensure product quality meets customer expectations and resolve quality issues.
• Monitor inventory to ensure sufficient stock to support schedule upsides from customers.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required.

• Liaise with Quality Department to ensure product quality meet customer's expectations and resolve customer's complaints on qualities issues.
• Monitor inventory to ensure sufficient inventory to support schedule upside from customer.
• To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Post-Graduate Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English will be added advantages as effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
