Job summary

Jora Malaysia is undergoing closure and continues to support the movement of goods through its shipping operations. The role involves managing day-to-day import and export activities, coordinating schedules with inland logistics, and ensuring compliance across documentation and deadlines.

As part of the team, you will liaise with clients, forwarding agents, shipping lines, haulage and trucking providers, preparing timely updates and assisting colleagues to maintain smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day shipping operations for import and export shipments.
• Arrange and coordinate shipping and inland logistics schedules.
• Handle customs clearance and liaise with internal operations teams.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of shipping and trade documentation.
• Provide timely updates on shipping schedules to clients.
• Meet operational deadlines, submissions, and itinerary schedules.
• Communicate effectively with clients, forwarding agents, shipping lines, haulage and trucking providers.
• Assist team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
