Customer Service / Freight Operations Executive

Work Location: Johor, Malaysia
Work Setup: Primarily Remote
Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Your Role

We are seeking an English and Mandarin-speaking professional to support the daily activities of an international business. You will help customers obtain shipment information, communicate with service partners, and ensure that operational requests are properly followed through.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates with experience in customer support, administrative coordination, or logistics-related work.

Areas of Responsibility

Manage customer requests involving shipment progress, delivery schedules, and related concerns.

Liaise with external service providers to obtain information and coordinate next steps.

Review shipment updates and ensure customers receive accurate information.

Assist in addressing service issues by coordinating with the appropriate teams.

Update internal files, transaction records, and operational reports.

Maintain clear communication with colleagues and business contacts in different locations.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent command of both English and Mandarin.

Previous experience in customer support, business operations, shipping, or logistics is an advantage.

Able to communicate professionally with customers and external partners.

Good follow-through, time management, and attention to detail.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Willing to participate in initial international team training.
