Job summary

Oasis Swiss Sdn Bhd in Puchong seeks a Customer Service professional to handle online inquiries, guide product usage, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

You will manage Facebook Page interactions, assist with payments, and maintain records, with shift hours including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience with Facebook Page.
• Preferable with SPM/UEC.
• Malaysia only.

Responsibilities

Customer Service For Facebook (Shift & Based in Puchong)

Job Descriptions:

Passionate about providing great customer service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Provide guidance and assistance online and product usage.

Assist customer inquiry and complaints.

Assist in collection of outstanding payment from customers.

Acquire and process thorough knowledge of Company's product and services.

Maintain comprehensive records of sales and other activities as required.

Any ad-hoc assignment from immediate superior/ Management.

Job Requirement:

Malaysia only.

Mandatory Customer Service experience with Facebook Page

Preferable with minimum with SPM/ UEC.

Must be able to work shift, weekend and Public Holiday

Shift Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm/ 8:30am to 5:30pm/ 11:00am to 8:00pm/ 2:00pm to 11:00pm
