Job summary

Oasis Swiss Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Live Stream Supervisor to manage and scale daily live stream operations across TikTok Shop and Shopee from our Puchong office.

The role focuses on night shifts and weekends, overseeing live hosts, optimizing performance, and ensuring GMV growth with a data-driven approach. You will plan schedules, coordinate campaigns, train hosts, and monitor sessions in real time to maintain messaging consistency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in TikTok Live selling / live commerce.
• Strong understanding of live stream sales strategies and conversion tactics.
• Experience managing or guiding live hosts / team members.
• Data-driven mindset — able to analyze performance and improve results.
• Willing to work shift-based hours, including nights & weekends & public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive daily & monthly GMV targets for live streaming.
• Analyze live data and continuously optimize scripts, flow, and offers.
• Plan and manage daily live schedules across TikTok & Shopee.
• Ensure all live sessions are well-prepared (products, promos, scripts, stock readiness).
• Coordinate campaigns, pricing, and promotional mechanics during live.
• Supervise and manage a team of live hosts.
• Train and guide hosts to improve selling skills, engagement, and consistency.
• Monitor host performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
• Oversee live sessions in real-time to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure hosts follow the correct messaging, positioning, and selling strategy.
• Identify winning formats, hooks, and selling angles.
• Work closely with content, affiliate, and marketing teams to improve traffic & conversion.

Live Stream Supervisor (Work in Puchong Office)

Working Arrangement: Shift-based (includes weekends, Public Holidays & Evening shifts)

We are looking for a hands-on Live Stream Supervisor to manage and scale our daily live stream operations across TikTok Shop and Shopee. This role is critical to our business, as live streaming is a key revenue driver. You will be responsible for overseeing live hosts, optimizing live performance, and ensuring consistent GMV growth.

This role will focus primarily on night shifts and weekends, ensuring smooth execution, high engagement, and consistent performance from both Work In Office (WIO) and Work From Home (WFH) hosts.

Live Performance & GMV Growth

• Own and drive daily & monthly GMV targets for live streaming
• Analyze live data and continuously optimize scripts, flow, and offers

Live Operations Management

• Plan and manage daily live schedules across TikTok & Shopee
• Ensure all live sessions are well-prepared (products, promos, scripts, stock readiness)

Host Team Management

Min Requirements:

Mandatory

• Proven experience in TikTok Live selling / live commerce.

• Experience with Shopee Live
• Background in e-commerce / marketplace operations
