Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a global freight forwarding leader with Malaysia operations in Subang Jaya. The role focuses on assisting to prepare transshipment documentation, tracking shipments, and handling customer inquiries with a strong emphasis on data entry and MS-Office tasks.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in Freight Forwarding/Logistics, proficiency in MS-Office, and basic English and Chinese. Fresh school leavers with aptitude are welcome; Cargowise experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in Freight Forwarding/Transportation/Logistics.
• Fresh school leavers with the right aptitude welcomed.
• Proficient in MS-Office applications.
• Prior experience with Cargowise is a bonus.
• Proficient in Basic English and Basic Chinese.
• Organised and meticulous.
• Great sense of responsibilities and commitment.
• Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and team player.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and check through t/s documentation.
• Attend to customers inquiries pertaining to rates and assist in queries/bookings/follow ups/complaints
• Track shipments and updates
• Manage and follow-up on any discrepancies
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist to prepare transshipment documentations
• Reporting and data entry
• Coordinate all shipping requirements in respect to transshipments
• Prepare and check through t/s documentation.
• Attend to customers inquiries pertaining to rates and assist in queries/bookings/follow ups/complaints
• Track shipments and updates
• Manage and follow-up on any discrepancies
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• 2 years of related experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding/Transportation/Logistics industry
• Fresh school leavers with the right aptitude are welcomed to apply
