Job summary

Diamond & Platinum Sdn Bhd is seeking a customer-focused retail cashier to manage daily sales transactions, handle cash, and process payments at our showroom locations in Malaysia. You will assist customers with product information, maintain orderly sales records, and contribute to a high-standard showroom presentation.

The role emphasizes excellent service, personalized assistance, and achieving sales targets through product knowledge and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or Degree in related discipline.
• Prior cashiering or retail sales experience is an advantage.
• Basic computer and numerical skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese (added advantage).
• Honest, responsible, organized and detail-oriented.
• Sales-driven and results-oriented.

• Handle daily sales transactions, cash handling and payment processing accurately.
• Attend to customers, provide product information and assist with sales.
• Maintain proper sales records and ensure the cashier counter and retail area are neat and organised.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma or Degree in any related discipline
