Job summary

ATNESIS Sdn Bhd, located in Penang, Malaysia, is hiring a Customer Service Executive to support international customers in our security products manufacturing.

You will manage orders, liaise with Engineering and Shipping, and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus for overseas customers.
• 1–3 years in Customer Service, Sales Support or Order Management preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders and coordinate with departments on status and delivery.
• Communicate with customers about orders, delivery schedules and inquiries.
• Maintain relationships and provide timely support to existing customers.
• Maintain quotations, customer records and order information accurately.
• Convey customer requirements to Engineering and other departments.
• Coordinate with Shipping to arrange shipments per schedules.
• Respond to inquiries, feedback and resolve issues with relevant teams.
• Assist in process improvement and other CS activities as needed.

Customer Service Executive (Manufacturing)

Are you someone who enjoys working with international customers and coordinating with different departments?

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team in the manufacturing of security products.

You will work closely with our customers and internal teams to ensure customer orders and requirements are handled smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop a career in international customer service, order management and manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do

Handle customer orders and follow up with relevant departments on order status and delivery schedule.

Communicate with customers regarding orders, delivery schedule and inquiries.

Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide timely support.

Maintain accurate quotations, customer records and order information.

Understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly to Engineering and other relevant departments.

Liaise with Shipping team to ensure shipments are arranged according to customer requirements and agreed schedules.

Attend to customer enquiries, product feedback and coordinate with the relevant departments to resolve issues.

Assist in process improvement and other customer service activities when required.

Requirement

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field.

Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia. Candidate fluent in Mandarin is an added advantage as candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking overseas customers.

1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management or a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

Organised, responsible and attentive to detail.

Knowledge & experience in ERP systems is an added advantage.
