Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
• Basic working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel, Word, Office.
• Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Bahasa Malaysia / Chinese is an added advantage.
• Friendly, patient and service-oriented attitude.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality and discipline.
• Able to work in an office environment.
• Willing to attend occasional site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person.
• Understand customer requests and requirements clearly and accurately.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and schedules.
• Use Microsoft Applications and SQL to retrieve, update, and manage data.
• Prepare basic reports and data summaries when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are fulfilled.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Conduct occasional site inspections to support customer needs.
• Follow company procedures and customer service standards at all times.
