Job summary

Syspex Mechatronic (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Selangor to handle SST, documentation, spare parts inventory and logistics coordination. You will collaborate with Sales, Warehouse and Finance to ensure timely deliveries and accurate records.

The role requires SAP experience, Excel proficiency and strong English and Mandarin communication. A degree in Business/Logistics supports growth in a fast-paced operations environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field is required.
• Experience with SST, logistics and spare parts/inventory management is preferred.
• Proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office 365; strong document control skills.

Responsibilities

• SST & Documentation – manage invoices, POs, DOs and related docs for customs/audit.
• Spare parts inventory – label, store and keep accurate records.
• Stock movement & transfer – coordinate with internal teams on movements and records.
• Overseas spare parts collection – arrange overseas bookings and freight rate checks.
• Logistics coordination – assist deliveries, pickups, courier services as needed.
• Internal & external coordination – liaise with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Service and partners.

Job description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team in Glenmarie, Selangor.

You’ll support key areas including SST, spare parts management, logistics and documentation, while working closely with different teams to keep daily operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

SST & Documentation – Handle SST matters and ensure invoices, POs, DOs and related documents are properly maintained for customs and audit purposes.

Spare Parts Inventory – Check, label and store spare parts at the proper bin locations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date spare parts records.

Stock Movement & Transfer – Coordinate with the internal team on spare parts stock movement, stock transfers and inventory records.

Overseas Spare Parts Collection – Arrange spare parts collection from overseas suppliers, including checking freight/courier rates online and making online bookings.

Logistics Coordination – Provide backup support for ogistics arrangements, including deliveries, goods collection, transportation and courier services.

Internal & External Coordination – Liaise with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Service and external service providers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.

Preferably with experience in SST, logistics and spare parts/inventory management.

Familiar with SAP system.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.

Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
