Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a customer service representative to support customers politely by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints in a timely manner.

Key duties include assisting the sales team with inquiries and quotations, processing orders, liaising on repeat orders, preparing artwork orders, and coordinating with planners to meet delivery deadlines.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments per instructions.
• Possess at least SPM level, Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team to gather or follow up on customer enquiries.

• Collect/receive customer purchase orders, fill product standard form and assist planner in preparing orders into production.
• Liaise with customers on repeat orders and issue sales orders.
• Prepare job sheets/artwork orders to design department based on customer artwork.
• Receive and prepare sample requests by customer.
• Coordinate with planner on order delivery and update customer accordingly.
• Prepare related forms for export orders.
• Gather customers' complaints and report to sales team.
• Request payment from cash term customers before delivery.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• Posses at least SPM level, Diploma or any other equivalent qualification
