Job summary

Mitsubishi Elevator Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join the Service team. You will be the first point of contact for customers calling the service hotline, collect information, and coordinate with Technicians and Supervisors to ensure prompt resolution.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with training provided. The role involves answering calls, recording details, dispatching technicians, maintaining records, and generating daily and service-related reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with experience in customer service, call centre, coordination or administrative work will have an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer hotline calls and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Record customer information and service request details accurately.
• Coordinate with Service Technicians and Supervisors on breakdown and service requests.
• Dispatch technicians and create work orders through the Company’s CRM/internal systems.
• Monitor and follow up on open cases to ensure timely response and resolution.
• Update service call status and maintain accurate information in the system.
• Prepare daily CBS call reports and other service-related reports.
• Check and maintain call records to ensure incoming calls are properly recorded and documented.
• Communicate with internal teams on customer requests and outstanding cases.
• Assist with general administrative work, documentation and filing when required.
