MumsMe Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Malaysia to coordinate daily service operations, manage therapist schedules, and ensure a smooth experience for clients and therapists.

Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided. Fluency in English is required, Mandarin is an added advantage. The role supports a 5-day week and is a 6-month contract with opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required, Mandarin is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of customer-related experience; fresh graduates welcome with training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client onboarding, scheduling, and service arrangements.
• Manage therapist assignments, schedules, and daily operations.
• Handle client requests including payments, refunds, and enquiries.
• Log feedback and escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and company databases.
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately within timelines.
