Job summary

New Chen Motor Credit in Malaysia is seeking a disciplined Counter Clerk to handle daily counter duties, greet customers, update information, and process payments in a busy office. Rotational shifts are required and reliability is essential.

You will issue receipts and invoices, respond to customer feedback, support indoor sales and product promotion, and maintain accurate documents for registration. This role demands attentiveness to detail and strong communication with customers.

• Responsible of all related daily counter works (interview customer, update info, collection payment, etc).
• Prepare and maintain document ,records files
• Issue receipt and invoice
• Received customers feedback and incoming calls
• Responsibility for indoor sales operation, product promotion sales and customer service, sales documentation.
• Responsible to up date HP payment and tracing HP installment.
• Consolidate document for registration
