Job summary

Telecontinent is seeking a customer service/administration professional in Kuala Lumpur to handle inbound inquiries and provide product information.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in any discipline.
• Preferably 1 year of working experience in administration, customer service or equivalent.
• Must be familiar with computer applications, i.e.. Microsoft Word & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, webform, and other approved digital channels.
• Provide product information, product availability, and store location details.
• Assist customers with order status tracking, delivery enquiries, payment verification, returns, and exchanges.
• Support warranty, repair, and after-sales service enquiries.
