Job summary

Synergy Staffing in Penang is seeking a customer service representative to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer records in a fast-paced environment. The role requires English proficiency and a diploma or STPM.

Work involves rotating shifts from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM and 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM at Bayan Lepas and Georgetown sites; attractive shift and transport allowances included. On-site positions with standard Monday to Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Diploma or STPM.
• English language proficiency required.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely assistance.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system while following company procedures and guidelines.
