Almax Global (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our customer relationships. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and professionally.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
• Resolving customers concerns with patience and empathy, working towards satisfactory solutions
• Processing customer orders, requests, and transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database
• Providing product and service information to customers to support their purchasing decisions
• Deliver professional and high-quality customer service experience
• Monitoring and managing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a customer service or similar Logistics industry (Air/Sea freight)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
• Basic computer skills (Whatsapp, Word, Excel)
• Proficiency with customer relationship management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Follow up on customer orders, shipments, and after-sales service
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and creatively when addressing customer issues
• Assist in daily administrative tasks when required
• Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in customer service are preferred
