MMW Bone Alignment Centre (M) Sdn Bhd in Bukit Raja, Selangor is seeking a dedicated Customer Service representative to join our team in a full-time capacity. • Answer incoming calls, emails and enquiries from patients and clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about services, treatments, pricing and appointment availability.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient calendar management and minimising wait times.
• Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records in accordance with data protection regulations.
• Address patient concerns and complaints with empathy, working towards satisfactory resolutions.
• Process payments and handle billing enquiries with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Liaise between patients and clinical staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors to the centre.

What we’re looking for

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and demonstrate genuine care for clients
• Proficiency in using computer systems, databases and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
• Patient and calm demeanour, particularly when handling difficult or frustrated customers
• Attention to detail and accuracy when managing records and processing information
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong commitment to professional standards
• Fluency in English and Malay (additional languages are a plus)
• A genuine interest in contributing to patient satisfaction and service excellence
