Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service or customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare or a similar service-based industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate information clearly.
• Fluency in English and Malay with good interpersonal approach.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails and enquiries from patients and clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about services, treatments, pricing and appointment availability.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient calendar management and minimising wait times.
• Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records in accordance with data protection regulations.
• Address patient concerns and complaints with empathy, working towards satisfactory resolutions.
• Process payments and handle billing enquiries with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Liaise between patients and clinical staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors to the centre.
• Contribute to team efforts by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
