Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve order-related issues and process feedback via chat, calls, and in-person.
• Provide daily consultations to service drivers on registration, EV licensing, app features, and partnerships.
• Promote brand through outdoor activities and affiliate marketing to grow presence in Kuching.
• Monitor service policies and report incidents to minimize future issues.
• Keep users informed about terms, promotions, and updates to build engagement.
