is seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our Sabah division's expansion, optimize operations, and contribute to long-term success. You will develop strategic plans, lead advertising campaigns, and drive profitability through efficiency and revenue strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum B2 level proficiency in Chinese.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, management, or marketing.
• Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring capabilities.
• Experience in advertising, promotional campaigns, and brand expansion (preferred).
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans aligned with company goals.
• Lead advertising, promotional campaigns, and affiliate marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Create detailed work plans, timelines and performance metrics; monitor progress and adapt strategies.
• Work closely with managers across departments to foster communication and alignment.
• Identify team strengths and provide coaching and mentorship to cultivate a positive work environment.
• Drive profitability through operational efficiencies, cost management, and revenue strategies.
• Pilot innovative initiatives, assess viability and implement successful concepts.
• Ensure all activities adhere to legal, regulatory and internal policies.
• Establish and review KPIs and prepare reports for senior management.

Your Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans aligned with company goals. Analyze market trends, identify new expansion opportunities, and set a vision for sustained success.

Lead advertising, promotional campaigns, and affiliate marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.

Create detailed work plans, timelines, and performance metrics. Monitor progress, adapt strategies as needed, and ensure timely execution.

Work closely with managers across departments to foster effective communication, alignment, and achievement of organizational objectives.

Identify team strengths and areas for growth. Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to cultivate a positive and productive work environment.

Drive profitability through operational efficiencies, cost management, and revenue strategies. Analyze reports, develop action plans, and track KPIs.

Pilot innovative initiatives, assess their viability, and implement successful concepts to keep the division competitive.

Ensure all activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal policies.

Establish and review KPIs, prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, and use insights to refine strategies.

You’re an ideal candidate if you have

Minimum B2 level proficiency in Chinese.

Proven experience in strategic planning, management, or marketing.

Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring capabilities.

Experience in advertising, promotional campaigns, and brand expansion (preferred).

Proficiency in relevant tools and software.
