Leaderart Industries in Johor Bahru is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in fulfilling customers' requirements, inquiries and shipment schedules. You will manage the full sales cycle from quotation to shipping orders, maintain relationships with customers, coordinate with internal departments, and support overseas exhibitions and ISO activities.

This role requires bilingual communication and proactive problem solving to ensure smooth order

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• With basic Shipping knowledge
• Ability to establish rapport relationship with customer through telex-communication.
• Fluent in speaking and writing both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.

Responsabilités

• Maintain relations with current customers.
• Communicate with customers (thru e-mails, faxes, etc.).
• Manage full process of sales cycle (prepare quotation, issue Proforma Invoice/ Sales Confirmation to customers, issue shipping order to production, follow up shipment schedule, and closing).
• Fulfill existing customers’ needs and wants
• Liaise and coordinate with internal departments.
• Assisting in marketing activities such as overseas exhibition
• Participate in ISO activities and customers’ audit.
• Update and maintain price list of new, existing and potential customers.
• Attend events or exhibitions.
• Send the customer survey form to existing and new customers and analyze the data.
• Follow up new project (new item) progress.
• Receive and resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Perform shipping related jobs as required.
