Job summary

Inter Island, a Pontian-based manufacturer in Johor, is seeking a quality assurance professional to monitor corrective actions, ensure compliance with the quality system, and plan quality control activities with proper documentation.

You will also oversee vendor material quality, participate in production model reviews, and prepare master documentation lists, requiring a diploma in engineering and at least two years in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a professional certificate, diploma or advanced/graduate diploma in engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing industry.
• Mature with good interpersonal skill.

Responsibilities

• Monitor corrective action requests and implement actions.
• Ensure compliance with the quality system requirements.
• Plan and implement quality control activities and document them.
• Monitor CAR (corrective action requests).
• Monitor the quality of vendor-supplied materials.
• Review new production models for production.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Monitor the issue and control of corrective action requests, as well as the implementation of the actions.
• Ensure that the relevant requirements of the quality system are complied with.
• Responsible for the planning and implementation of quality control activities, including documentation. E.g. Work instruction, inspection reports, check lists.
• Monitor of CAR.
• Monitor the quality of vendor supplied materials.
• Participate in the review of new models for production
• Identify the applicable areas to implement statistical techniques.
• Prepare and update documents master list.
• Arrange and safe keep samples.

Job Requirements:-

• Must possess at lease professional certificate, diploma or advanced / higher / graduate diploma in engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing industry.
• Matured personally with good interpersonal skill.
