Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review status of customer orders.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting on-time delivery.
• Communicate requirements in production meetings.
• Enter data into databases with accuracy and speed.
• Develop and generate performance reports for internal staff.
• Track and resolve issues for monthly management reports.
• Analyze issues to identify trends and root causes.
• Prepare reports on order status, inventory, and forecasts.
