Celestica is seeking a Commodity Management Specialist 1 in Malaysia to drive supplier performance improvements and ensure accurate demand signals across PCBA, Cable Assembly, and Label commodities. You will validate POs, analyze LOB and past-due metrics, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve capacity and quality issues.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Engineering, and proficiency with SAP and Rapid Response.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Engineering or equivalent.
Five+ years of relevant experience in supply chain or commodity management.
Experience with electronics manufacturing commodities (PCBA, Cable Assembly, Label).
Strong financial, analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional project teams and communicate at all levels.

Responsabilidades

Drive performance improvements with key suppliers by validating POs, tracking LOB and past-due metrics, and resolving capacity issues.
Ensure suppliers deliver holistic improvements and rapidly resolve functional issues.
Deploy supplier development tools to raise process capability to world-class levels.
Interface with internal/external stakeholders and report progress to leadership.
Lead strategic projects with clear plans, tracking, and executive reporting.
