Job summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking a data analysis professional to support the Global Commodity Management team. The role focuses on data tracking for supplier movements and coordinating with cross-functional teams across procurement, engineering and quality.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of data analysis experience, a related technical diploma, and strong Excel skills to drive quality improvements and stakeholder updates within a hybrid work environment in Johor.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of proven experience in data analysis.
• Diploma or Associate degree in Engineering or Business Administration or related field.
• Strong Excel data analysis skills are required.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong assistance to Global Commodity Management with quality-focused analyses.
• Maintain localisation tracker data for China/US exit parts movements and update stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier-related issues and update trackers.
• Attend stakeholder meetings to update SNF / Supplier change progress as needed.
• Contribute to development of supplier processes including welding, machining, coatings and finishing.
• Provide support on supplier/component issues arising from change management and product qualification.
