Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Commodity Management Associate in Penang to provide contact center support for clients on SCM and AP services, and to process information in response to inquiries. You will interact with clients to address inquiries and ensure accuracy of data.

Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining records, and supporting SLA performance. A bachelor’s degree and 0–3 years’ experience are expected, with ERP/CRM familiarity considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Commerce or Engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Zero to three years of relevant experience.
• Experience with client interactions and data handling in a shared service environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with clients by telephone or electronically (email/chat).
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to respond to inquiries promptly.
• Investigate inquiry details and apply problem-solving to resolve cases.
• Perform client verifications and ensure data accuracy.
• Organize workflow to meet SLA targets and improve processes.
• Maintain records of interactions and transactions and actions taken.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve cases.
• Update data in various systems per requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements.
• Support reporting of contact center and functional metrics.
