Job summary

Celestica is seeking a proactive liaison between customers and the production team to ensure orders stay on track and customer requirements are met. You will coordinate order flow, monitor inventory, and resolve supply issues before they impact delivery, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

You will lead production meetings, track key metrics (OTD, forecasting, yield), interpret contracts, and assist with quotes for new products, demanding strong communication and sharp problem-solving

Qualifications

• Must be a degree holder and minimum of 4 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Monitor orders from entry to delivery and manage E&O materials to minimize waste.
• Troubleshoot issues related to production delays and material shortages.
• Prepare reports and metrics such as On-Time Delivery, forecasting accuracy, and yield.
• Lead production meetings to relay customer requirements and coordinate with managers to close root-cause issues.
• Track project billing and assist with quotes for new products or services.
