Qualifikationen

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in customer service, telesales, customer engagement, or retention is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with customers daily.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and target-driven.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Engage with existing customers through outbound calls, WhatsApp, and emails to maintain strong relationships.
• Conduct daily customer follow-ups to encourage repeat purchases, renewals, and customer retention.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Support customer retention campaigns and promotional activities to improve customer loyalty.
• Achieve daily engagement targets and monthly sales or retention KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update interactions in the CRM system.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports on customer engagement, retention performance, and sales conversion.
