Job summary

Alpro Pharmacy Sdn Bhd seeks a dynamic marketer to plan, coordinate and execute customer engagement programmes, campaigns, events and activations from preparation through completion. You will work closely with outlets, Operations, Marketing and external partners to ensure smooth execution.

You will manage timelines, materials, channels including WhatsApp, Alpro App, SMS, social media and in-store activities, and prepare briefs, FAQs and communication materials to enhance the customer journey and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Mass Communication, Psychology, Consumer Behaviour, Data Analytics, Retail Management, Event Management, Healthcare or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute customer engagement programmes, campaigns, events and activations from preparation through completion.
• Coordinate programme timelines, deliverables, materials, manpower, communication and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Work closely with outlets, Operations, Marketing, Customer Retention, other business units and external partners on programme implementation.
• Support customer engagement activities through channels such as WhatsApp, Alpro App, SMS, social media, in-store activities, events, calls and digital platforms.
• Prepare campaign mechanics, programme briefs, FAQs, execution guides and communication materials.
• Ensure outlets and relevant stakeholders understand programme requirements and follow up on implementation progress.
• Monitor customer participation, registrations, responses, visits, transactions, redemptions, conversion and other programme performance indicators.
• Identify execution gaps, low-performing areas and customer drop-off points, and support corrective or improvement actions.
• Support customer retention initiatives, including customer segmentation, targeted outreach, follow-up activities and engagement offers.
• Review the customer journey to identify opportunities to improve communication, registration, redemption and overall customer experience.
• Prepare programme updates, performance reports, dashboards, post-campaign reviews, customer insights and recommendations for future improvement.
• Perform other related duties and support customer engagement initiatives as assigned by the superior.
