What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the retail or pharmaceuticals industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve customer queries efficiently
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and address customer needs
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data entry
• A positive, friendly and empathetic attitude with a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both language
