Job summary

ZALORA South East Asia PTE LTD is seeking a CRM Campaign Planner to lead the content calendar and execute multi‑channel CRM campaigns (emails, push, SMS) across Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong, building segments from behavior and preferences and coordinating with marketing and commercial teams.

The role also entails setting up, QA'ing and launching campaigns in MoEngage/Braze or similar platforms, tracking performance, and delivering insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
