Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Good command of English for communication, reading and writing.
• Flexibility to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience.
• Perform light cleaning at merchandise fixtures, check stock and replenish as needed.
• Greet customers with a smile and offer a basket.
• Provide product assistance and advise on wearing products.
• Serve as a product specialist and follow training plans.
• Take ownership of products under your responsibility.
• Understand selling points and suggest ideas to improve customer buying.
• Respect the working environment and collaborate with colleagues.
