Job summary

DHL Express Malaysia offers a six-month Internship in Customer Service Feedback designed to deliver hands-on experience and mentoring in quality customer service. The program targets students in Marketing, Sales, Communication, or related fields with strong English and MS Office skills.

You will perform first-call interactions to collect actionable feedback, document insights, and help identify recurring issues and opportunities for service improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree student in Marketing, Sales, Communication, Public Relations, Language Study, Business Administration and International Business
• CGPA 3.00 or above
• Preferably final year student
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Excel, Power BI & Canva; data analysis & AI prompting is a plus
• Attention to detail in capturing insights and ability to build rapport
• Strong communication in English; native-level proficiency in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Support proactive customer engagement by conducting first-call interactions and capturing meaningful feedback to identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct outbound first calls to customers following service interactions
• Engage customers professionally to gather detailed feedback on their experience
• Ask structured and probing questions to uncover pain points, service gaps, and expectations
• Accurately document feedback, themes, and key insights in the required system/tool
• Identify and flag recurring issues and potential areas of opportunity
