DHL Express Malaysia invites applications for a six-month Internship in Operations: Customs Clearance in Johor. This program offers hands-on experience with tariff classification, draft of customs forms, and HS code assignment, under mentoring in a global logistics leader.

YOUR TASKS
Perform customs clearance scope of tariff classification and draft of Customs forms with guidance.
Send arrival notification to all required customers. Printing & attach the customs documents for customs assessments. Assigning HS Code for shipments
Support validation of classification with reference to Customs tariff from JKDM, Reference to Commercial Invoice, DHL Internal database record validation on exemptions and Customer Master File.
Consistent follow‑up in meeting the SLA
YOUR PROFILE
Minimum Bachelor's degree student in Operations Management, Transportation & Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Customs & Trade Compliance.
Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above.
Preferably Final year student
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Microsoft World, Excel, Power Point and generative AI prompting would be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English language: Native speaker, both written and spoken.
