Job summary

DHL Express Malaysia invites you to join our six-month Operations Internship focused on Customs Clearance in Johor. You will gain hands-on experience in tariff classification, documentation, and HS code assignment while working under guidance from seasoned professionals.

Ideal candidates are final-year students in Operations/Logistics or related fields, with CGPA 3.0+, strong English, and proficiency in MS Office. The program offers mentorship and exposure to international logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• CGPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
• Final year students are preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform customs clearance scope of tariff classification and draft of Customs forms with guidance.
• Send arrival notification to required customers and attach documents for assessments; assign HS Code.
• Support validation of classifications with references to JKDM tariffs and internal data.
• Maintain SLA through consistent follow-up.

Education

Bachelor's degree student in Operations Management, Transportation & Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Customs & Trade Compliance

CGPA 3.00+
