Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify and check customer’s account opening form.
• Attend to walk-in clients' requests.
• Assist in department projects such as identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Participate and assist in marketing events and campaigns.
